Ponk kept approximately 50-60 of these, the rest went directly to collector. Comes issued in a plain white record sleeve with a PONK stamp. Side A has "GG" stamped above the spindle hole and "FA" below. Side B has the numbered stamp out of 111 and an additional PONK stamp
