RARE Malpractice 1977 original 7" with Merle Allin sleeve (there was a "GG sleeve" and this one made by Merle circa 1993) Sleeves were made from original 1976/77 band promos No "Demo Copy" stamps on label. Record is in near mint / unplayed condition sleeve is excellent except for small crease bottom left corner.
